Newtown is in a very early stage. Features, APIs, pricing, limits, and product behavior may change at any time without notice.

1. Acceptance

By using Newtown, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Early Stage Notice

Newtown is experimental and under active development. The service may be incomplete, unstable, or unavailable at times.

3. Things Can Change

We may change or remove features, update workflows, or modify access rules at any time. We may also suspend or stop parts of the service.

4. Data and Reliability Risk

You understand and agree that there may be data loss, corruption, delays, bugs, or service downtime. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Newtown to break laws, abuse the platform, harm others, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Liability

Newtown is provided “as is” during this early stage. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from outages, bugs, or data issues.
